I can't praise Ben and his Team at Endgame Performance enough. Our Nissan Navara D22 had problems with the clutch while traveling through Karratha and we were looking for a mechanic that could squeeze us in. After we got a quote from another mechanic in town that seemed a little bit off, Ben and his team not only tried to help us diagnose the problem over the phone, but made time to checkout the car again the next day and found the real problem alongside other smaller problems that they fixed without a charge. Ben is really transparent with pricing and will always update you on the current status of your vehicle and parts. He made us feel like his most valuable customer and I'm sure he'll give this kind of service to all his customers.I would honestly just drive back to Karratha to get my car fixed by Endgame!

I cannot recommend Ben and his team at Endgame enough! I called endgame on a whim desperately trying to get my 200 series in for a service and to have rear shocks replaced before sending it off to its new owner. Ben fitted me in for the next week, he didn’t have the shocks in stock so express ordered them from Perth - but not only that, he took the time to go through the options with me and give me costs. As a female owner of a 4WD for the past 5 years this is the first time I haven’t been treated as dumb, but been given the time and spoken to like I’m sure he does all his customers. the professionalism and care is like no other. And I have no doubt he treats all his customers with the same care I received. Thank you Ben & Endgame team for your impeccable service.
